Christmas Crimes

Joss and her brother Archie find out they have an unknown brother, Hugh, living in a village an hour away. They arrive just in time for his mother’s funeral and spirit Hugh away to Dane Hold. When it appears Hugh may be accused of his mother’s murder, Sam and Joss Dane, the Discreet Detectives, leap into action. Hugh and Jillian, Archie’ sister-in-law, make a sympathetic connection, but nothing can happen between them as long as someone is trying to kill Hugh. Both Hugh and Archie are wounded in separate attacks, so the Discreet Detectives must find the culprits before the holiday is ruined forever by yet another murder.
