Daisies, Deadly Force, and Disastrous Divorce Disputes

Cassie Whittington and her lover, Sam Barlow, stumble on the body of Cassie's ex-brother-in-law. They also find Cassie's ex-husband, Charlie, standing in the room, the murder weapon in his hand. The police investigation forces Cassie and her entire extended family to re-examine the events of the past. In doing so, they consider possibilities for the new life -- a life that may be cut short in a final confrontation that involves Cassie, Charlie, and Sam in a terrible recreation of a past tragedy.
