Description

The arrival of someone claiming to have won her estate in a game of dice with her uncle is nothing new to Marti Chance, but this time he has two teenage children with him. She invites Captain James Monroe and his son and daughter to stay. During the only hot meal they’ve had in days, she makes the decision to give the estate to James. He might be able to hold onto it when her murderous uncle returns, especially if that evil relative kills her.
